How we use artificial intelligence

In the interest of transparency and in line with the spirit of the European AI Regulation (« AI Act »), this note describes how artificial intelligence is — and is not — used in our training courses.

How we use AI

We use consumer generative AI tools (mainly Claude, Mistral and OpenAI) to help produce our materials.

Formatting

HTML / CSS formatting to present course materials.

Moodle integration

Help integrating educational content into the platform.

Content generation

Text, visuals and audio used as drafts or starting points.

Development

Development of technical modules and plugins for the platform.

Systematic human oversight. All content produced with the help of AI — whether text, visuals or audio — is reviewed, corrected and validated by a human trainer before any release. Pedagogical and editorial responsibility remains entirely human.
What we do NOT use AI for
  • No assessment of learners by AI: assessments are designed and graded by a human.
  • No automated access, admission or guidance decision.
  • No automated monitoring during exams or activities.
  • No automated decision producing effects on individuals.

Our activity therefore falls under none of the « high-risk » cases set out by the AI Act for education and vocational training.

Data protection

No learner's personal data is shared with AI tools. These are used solely to produce generic teaching materials, in compliance with the GDPR.

Skills & continuing training

In accordance with Article 4 of the AI Act, we maintain a sufficient level of AI literacy: the course « Enseigner avec les IA génératives » (Magistère, French Ministry of Education — Académie de Montpellier), completed on 26 December 2025, and ongoing monitoring of tools and regulations.

Transparency commitment

This document is part of our quality approach (Qualiopi) and our regulatory monitoring. It is revised whenever our practices or the regulations change significantly.
