Learn Chinese: standard sentences

Here is the dialogue of the first lesson. It brings together the standard sentences. It must therefore be memorized by heart. Practice by repeating it verbally at first and then by translating it from Chinese to English. After that, transcribe the Chinese characters into pinyin and finally translate it from English to Chinese, both characters and pinyin.

The translation of the dialogue of the first lesson:
Hello.
Are you fine?
I'm fine, thank you, and you?
I'm not fine.
