Note: We have already studied the words 这儿 zhèr "here", 那儿 nàr "there" and 哪儿 nǎr "where ?".
It is the pronunciation of the north. In the south, we prefer to use the variant with 里 lǐ:
这里 zhèli "here"
那里 nàli "there"
哪里 nǎlǐ "where ?"
