Note: when a translation of a character is in brackets, this means that this character cannot be used alone. This does not mean that it has no meaning, just as the roots of words in our Western languages.


Please choose the character stroke order style:


diǎn : hour

Stroke order:

Components: divination; mouth; fire (lower position variant).
zhōng : bell / clock / (after diǎn = hour on the dot)

Stroke order:

Components: gold, metal, stand/erect, village.
xiàn : (now). 現在 xiànzài: now.

Stroke order:

Components: king; see.
shí : (time duration)

Stroke order:

Components: sun, earth, inch.
lái : to come

Stroke order:

Components: tree, human.
diàn : electricity

Stroke order:

Components: rain, electricity.
huà : speech

Stroke order:

Components: speech, tongue.
liǎng : number "two" for the time and quantities (see grammar).

Stroke order:

Components: to enter; inverted box.
