Complete Mandarin Chinese course designed to reach Level 2 of the new HSK 3.0 Chinese language certificate (CEFR A2)
Prerequisites: CEFR A1 or HSK Level 1
Objectives: A2 of the CEFR
- Understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of immediate relevance in everyday life
- Communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters
- Describe in simple terms your background and your immediate environment, and talk about matters in areas of immediate need
Average study time: about 60 hours
Structure: divided into 12 units, this Chinese course will help you acquire the 200 new vocabulary words of HSK 3.0 Level 2 and the 125 new characters of this level. Exercises and HSK mock tests gradually train you for the exam.
Assessment method: at the end of the course, three HSK mock tests (listening comprehension, reading comprehension and written expression) randomly draw on the questions from the HSK Level 2 course, under real exam conditions (time limit, recordings played twice). These mock tests let you practice on tests that are different every time.
